I am a wellness and therapeutic dietician,
counseling and guiding people to eat healthy food which helps them to regulate their weight and improve their medical conditions.

I strongly stand against fad diets or starvation diet plans. For me, health is all about eating healthy, natural, simple home cooked food which is tasty enough to tempt your palate.
You can either consult me at my clinic or take an online diet plan.
All diets are personalized, simple, tasty and revised weekly. Weight is not the only
parameter under consideration, we believe in small steps & target 2-3 kgs of fat loss every month.
